An artists impression of the Road Train which went into service in Cheltenham early in 1998. Cheltenham was the first town in the country to attempt to relieve its traffic problems and reduce pollution by using this type of vehicle. We prepared the contract documents for both the supply of the road train units and the operation of the service. Following local elections the service was withdrawn, but it remains an innovative and interesting experiment. |
